Exclusive: Why Salman Khan’s Little Cutie Pie, Harshaali Malhotra Not In 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' Film Promotions?

The day, when some found her cute, some found her beautiful and some even thought she was the real star of the film. Despite all of that Harshaali will not be seen on any of the film’s promotional events. INNLIVE tries find out why?

If you’ve seen the pics from Salman Khan – Kareena Kapoor’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan trailer launch, you’ll know that one very important member from the cast was missing; the adorable little girl, Harshaali Mehta. Tiny as she may be, Harshaali has managed to steal the thunderfrom the biggest star of the nation, and that is saying something.
But despite the fact that she has become talk of the town ever since the teaser trailer of the Kabir Khan directorial was out, lil Ms Malhotra will not be seen promoting the film, et all!

Now we know of many actor and actress who have refused to part-take in the promotions of their upcoming films due to clashes with the makers or other cast members, but no, it’s NOT a clash, it’s her popularity that is keeping her away from all promotional activities. You heard that right!

The makers want to keep the curiosity and excitement around her character intact and hence, will not include her in any media or public interaction. While talking to a leading daily, a source close to the film informed that Salman and Kabir have both decided to keep Harshaali away from the media and promotional events as her character, Munni, is central to the plot. Harshaali will only be allowed to come out in the open once the film has released this Eid.

The source also added that Harshaali’s parents were made to sign a contract in order to ensure secrecy around Munni’s character.
