Celery is awesome in treating asthma and rheumatism, in can improve the circulation and digestion, and also it is increasing the appetite. All parts of the celery are healthy and can be used, from the root to the leaves. 

It is rich with magnesium, vitamin K, fiber, and because of the big sum of vitamin C it can successfully treat flu and cold symptoms. It is recommended to make soup from celery and eat it regularly while you have flu or cold. 

These days, it is realized that celery stimulates the trading of substances in the whole body. Also, it is loaded with aerial oil, vitamins and minerals. The root contains aerial oil, sugar, pentosan, fat, asparagine, tyrosine, and so forth.

INNLIVE IMPACT: Minutes after the INNLIVE expose the story of Lizard found in AirIndia meal, the airline authorities released a rejoinder as an impact of the news. 

A picture of a lizard in the meal tray of a flyer purportedly on one of Air India's flights was doing the rounds on social media and also left the Civil Aviation Minister fuming but the airline termed it "baseless" and a "mischievous propaganda" against it.

A passenger travelling to London on an Air India flight allegedly spotted a lizard on his meal tray prompting a series of disgusted reactions on social media but the national carrier has said there is "absolutely no truth" in the claim.

Air India has also said that the passenger did not file a complaint had with either the aircraft crew or station manager. The passenger refused the offer of the carrier to replace his tray and later filed a complaint with Air India.
