INNLIVE sent all these to the government and CBSE board for thier information and reaction. Immediately CBSE responsed and as an impact they assured for re-examination and confirms the leak happened and assured the justice to all.
Vineet Joshi, Chairman, CBSE, confirmed the news saying that all the three sets of class XII Physics paper were leaked in Imphal, which students had bought at a price ranging between Rs. 3,000 to 6,000. Joshi said, “We have already filed an FIR in this regard and strict action will be taken against those CBSE officials who are found guilty.”

As per Joshi, the leaked papers that were sold to students were carbon copies of the original question papers that were distributed to students taking the exam on March 5.

So, will this exam be valid now? “Of, course not”, said Joshi. “We are going to conduct the physics exam all over again in Imphal soon. Students will be intimated about the dates on our official website www.cbse.nic.in”, added Joshi.

Around 10.30 lakh and 13.28 lakh students are appearing for the class X and class XII CBSE board exams this year, respectively. In 2013 the student count for the class X and class XII board exams stood at 9.42 lakh and 12.59 lakh respectively.

“It is sad that because of those people who leaked the paper and some students who took this step of cheating in the examination by buying these leaked papers, many honest candidates will now suffer and re-appear for the exam,” added Joshi.
