He may have touted himself as an aam-aadmi (common man) who knows the pulse of people with the result; he was elected as the Chief Minister of Delhi. But, Arvind Kejriwal isn’t really an aam-aadmi courtesy, his celebrity status also, as a lyrics writer for a film which stars Aamir Khan’s step brother Haider Ali also, known Rehaan Khan.
Yes, you heard it right, the head of Aam Aadmi Party; also, CM of Delhi has some secret skills not known to many people. He has penned down lyrics for 'Dil Toh Deewana Hai' film.
A politician who has made tall promises to eradicate corruption from the Indian political system has actually written lyrics for one of the songs of the film. The rest of the songs are scribbled by Kumar Vishwas, another Aam Aadmi Party member. The music is composed by Vikram Sood.
Vishawas is also, a professor of Hindi literature, Hindi poet and politician from Pilkhuwa, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
As far as Dil Toh Deewana Hai, it is directed by actor Raja R Bundela and is produced by Deepak Sharma.
The film also, stars Zeenat Aman, Sada and Raj Babbar in the pivotal roles where, Haider and Sada play lead roles.
Dil Toh Deewana Hai was slated to release in 2013 but now has been delayed for some reasons best known to makers.
Nevertheless, we hope so, with the important names such Arvind Kejriwal and Kumar Vishwas, it will soon see the daylight.
This also, marks the debut venture of Aamir’s brother Haider and again we, sure, the film will get the desired mileage.
