By Kajol Singh | Delhi

Delhi cabinet minister for education and PWD and senior leader of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Manish Sisodia may bring fresh trouble for his party after his NGO ‘Kabir’ was found to carry several irregularities, in the recently completed investigation, as per sources.

The report accuses the NGO of several kinds of abnormalities including unavailability of cashbook and missing details of the employees registered with it.

The AAP leader is accused to have invested the NGO fund money in purchase of car and distribution of cash towards different channels.
Reacting to fresh allegations, Sisodia said that we have made all payments through cheque-route, so that proper account of expenditure can be maintained.

Adding further, he said that small mistakes can creep into system despite maintaining all checks and balances.

NGO was raided in the year 2012

The NGO, which is situated in the Pandav Nagar area of the city, was raided in August in the year 2012. Earlier, a letter from civil administration was also sent to the office on 3 August, 2012 inquiring details about the foreign funds received by it.

Sisodia has been accused to divert the funds towards the cause of ‘Janlokpal Aandolan’ by opposition parties, but he has denied any kind of siphoning of money  and even replied to the letter condemning the accusation made against him.
