Exclusive: 'PayTM Is An Online Fraud Solutions' Claims Several 'Trusted' Users, Complaints Filed In Court Of Law

PayTm, an online payment solutions company based in Noida is on cheating spree with its customer base across India. After publising a story in these columns titled: 'PayTm Fraud': Making Rich At The Cost Of E-Wallet 'Trust' INN Live received hundereds of complaints from gullible people across the country alleging the fraud in tis 'trusted' service and payment solutions. 

INN Live investigates the issue and found many interesting aspects of PayTm modus operandi to cheat the valued customers. Here is our first complaint:
This is the email excepts of one of the case with PayTm. These clearly shows the 'fradulent' intentions of the mobile recharge company with gullible customers across the country.  Here is one example of this fraudulent activitiy with one of a customer:

NewsKing - Nov 11 12:04 (IST): "Despite my several reminders you have not solved my problem. As i deposited Rs.500 on 6th Nov and made some recharges around Rs.180 and now my balance is Rs.5/- only. How this is going to be in your secured system and PayTm Assurance mark? Please explain me and resolve my problem at the earliest possible time. This is not a first time to me, earlier several times it happened with me and my several friends on PayTM. Please solve our problem to make your brand trusted. Thanks."

Paytm Care - Prashant, Nov 14 18:27 (IST): "We are happy to assist you. I have escalated your issue to concern team and they are investigating your issue , if all thing will fine in investigation then automatically cash back credit in your paytm cash within 5 to 7 working days. Thanks for being patient and one of our most valued customer."

NewsKing - Nov 26 12:15 (IST): "Please update me on my query it already crossed 20-days?"

Paytm Care - Prashant, Nov 26 15:58 (IST): "We are happy to assist you. As per record when you had added Rs.500 in your paytm cash at that time your paytm cash was Rs.-321 , So system automatically deducted that extra used paytm cash from your paytm cash and then you had only Rs. 179 in your paytm cash and you had made a recharge of Rs, 100 + 30 + 30 + 14 , So available remain balance is Rs.05. We hope this information is helpful, and as always we are ready to help you on any query you may have."

Now, here you can observe how PayTm made an excuse with unlawful attempts in their email statements:
  1. PayTM never maintain and allow the minus cash account transactions, as it system will not made for any less or minus amount calculation hence PayTM system never deducts the minus account automatically. Why you claimed as per our records? If records are there, why it is not visible in account statement records?
  2. Once your 500 credited, why it not showed in account statement of the (-321) record.
  3. Why payTm account statement not shown (-179) records?

All the people who suffered By PayTM are filing a joint petition in Consumer Redressal Forum and other legal channels for their hard earned, valuable money transactions and fraudulent activities by PayTM.

Dear Editor - My Paytm account is vanished as i complained about the direct debit from my bank account without my permission and without any recharge a sum of Rs.1200/- only last fortnight. I complained to care@paytm.com, i got a reply after a week saying that your debit account of Rs.1200 automatically credited by ECS system from our portal. Do you think this is a valid reason? Kindly publish my compalint, i am sending all my proofs and receipts copies for your reference. Hope i will get justice.

MY PAYTM RECHARGE IS TAKEN INTO RIDE ON NOVEMBER 10, 2013 AS AM NEW TO OPEN MY ACCOUNT ON PAYTM WEBSITE. I RECHARGE FOR INR 3000 AFTER FILLING MY ACCOUNT WITH INR 5000, BUT MY RECHARGE WAS FAILED AND MY ENTIRE MONEY IS DEBITTED SAYING THE SOFTWARE UPGRADE PROBLEM, AND WE'LL REFUND WITHIN 4 WORKING DAYS. BUT TILL TODAY, I NEVER GOT MY REFUND NOR MY ACCOUNT ACTIVATED AFTER MY COMPLAINT. THIS IS THE REAL FACE OF INDIA'S MOST TRUSTED ONLINE RECHARGE SERVICES - PAYTM. GOD SAVE US.
