How can you make a difference?

By Buyya Kranthi Kumar Goud

How can you make a difference? Telangana needs a new leader. Every body should question himself “What have I done to change the fate of injustice done to Telangana and the adversities faced by Telangana?”. Pointing flaws towards leaders and being complacent and not willing to challenge the injustice is the most easiest thing.

We have to educate our children about all these, especially about democracy. Things should change. They should not be the same as they are today. There are three stages in democracy. 1. Promotion. 2. Protest. & 3. Participate. Telangana has given promotion to parties & leaders to rule it. People in democracy have to protest when that given promotion is not performing its duties well. Telangana is protesting now. Telangana is not a piece of land. It is people with blood & mass. Every Telanganite should participate which is the most important of all. Do you participate or leave it to others? PV Narasimha Rao was a great statesman, as is Atal Behari Vajpayee. So it is not about parties. But it is about individuals. Every Telanganite should protest individually. If you think that a group should follow you when you protest, that is not right. South Africans don’t know Mahatma Gandhi. He started the protest singly. Medha Patkar protested singly by what she believed.

Now, the atmosphere in Telangana is hot. Will you use this opportunity? Or will you be complacent to the current scenario and sit at home and watch the drama. Or will you see this as a huge task that you can’t accomplish & leave it.

Your response should have three parts to it. It should be quick, complete & considered.
I don’t want the Law & Order problem or Communal disturbance. I only want the Telangana economic growth back on track. Telanganites don’t have hatred. Hatred creates terror. But, we as Telanganites don’t want to create terror. We hear in the media that Telangana farmers & craftsmen commit suicides. Isn’t this the mistake of the system? The act of an adversity will not decide the consequence but the response will. Sincerity is the key attribute for this response
.
If one can deflect somebody from doing his duty, Indian people think he has power. No other book in the history of the world had ever proclaimed other than Bhagavad-Gita that the best way to lead your life is to discharge your duties well. But, the current Indian system has a different take on this, which is giving more importance to power. Then & there comes corruption. Power from the other regions of AP had adversely influenced Telangana a lot & will continue to influence if left out in the future.

I have an idea given to me by a great guru whose name I cannot disclose here.
We need a counter force. There are kingmaker parties in the state and the country. Can we create a lobby with a corpus of say Rs.10,000 crores which promotes goods people to the parliament. Say 30 to 40 of them to the parliament. Then you are a king maker. Other king maker parties may do what ever they want. We will check mate them.

If you give your acceptance before doing your homework, you loose your credibility forever. You should take the help of outsiders in support of Telangana’s cause. Pride should not come in the way to take this forward.
