No More 'South Remakes' For Salman Khan Productions?

By Naseer Shah | Mumbai

EXCLUSIVE Bollywood actor Salman Khan has strongly expressed that he has had enough of starring in Southern remakes.

After Wanted, Bodyguard, Ready and now Jai Ho, Salman is clearly in need for something new and innovative.

This revelation was made when film producer Ramesh Taurani met Salman to discuss an upcoming project to be directed by Prabhu Deva. Salman apparently made it very clear that he would not sign another film unless some original ideas were presented to him.
According to a source from a leading tabloid, "Salman strongly feels that Southern remakes have run their course. Since he shares a good rapport with Taurani, he candidly told him that he would definitely do the film. But he also added that he wants Prabhu Dehva and Taurani to come up with fresh content."

Now that Salman has candidly made his demand, the filmmakers must surely get down to presenting new and refreshing content to the Bollywood superstar if they wish to have him in their film.

Are you listening, Prabhu Deva?
