By Niloufer Khan | Mumbai

Now that it's final -Hrithik Roshan and Sussane are going ahead with their divorce, looks like the Roshans are going to pay for it, literally. If Sussanne files for divorce as per the current law, the Roshans will have to pay a hefty alimony to their bahu. Reports indicate that the Roshans own properties worth a whopping Rs. 5,000 crores.

So far Rakesh Roshan has not yet taken this matter to the court, since the divorce is mutual and both Hrithik and Sussanne are expected to solve their issues - including finances - amicably. According to the current setting, Sussanne will be staying at the Bandra flat of the Roshans worth Rs. 25 crores. Hrithik alone is the sole owner of property worth Rs. 1500 crores.
To begin with, Hrithik owns four floors of the Lotus building in Andheri, Mumbai. Then comes in a bungalow named Paras in Juhu, along with around 100 acres land in Bangalore. With this, Hrithik's income that comes in from his multiple brand endorsements (worth crores), his income from the movies he signs as well as his stage shows.

Hrithik even has a good share of the income from Krrish 3 merchandise. While the villa bought in Singapore during the shooting of Krrish 3 has Sussanne as its legal owner.  Sussanne is a trained interior designer from California, with two stores in Mumbai. While the Roshans have invested in these stores, Sussanne is the official and legal owner of both the stores.

Not to forget that Hrithik will inherit the property of his maternal grandfather (his mother Pinky Roshan's father) worth crores. Duggu's nanaji owns a bungalow in Juhu, an office in Santacruz, a large farmhouse -- worth Rs. 1000 crores in totality. Hrithik also receives royalty (from music, videos and television) also worth crores.

Rakesh Roshan's property is worth Rs. 2500 crores which roughly includes - the Commerce Centre building in Andheri, as well as a bungalow in Juhu named Kavita. Rakesh's film library itself is worth Rs. 500 crores and the royalty of his films in all these years is worth in crores too.

If Sussanne files for divorce in court as per the current Indian law, this can be the most expensive divorce ever. As of now, the matter has not been dragged to court, and things are expected to be sorted out personally.
