Taxipixi, which provides a mobile-based on-demand cab service in 2 cities across India, has rolled out its service in the Hyderabad market from October 1, 2013. Launched in Delhi during 2012, Taxipixi will be in ‘testing mode’ in the city over the next several months and hence availability of cars will be limited, as it is working to make add more cars and test its pricing. The firm is also on the lookout for a community manager to grow and promote its brand in the city.
“Hyderabad has long been welcoming new ideas, people and cultures— – from nurturing global tech giants in the last decade to opening its doors to young start-up founders and a growing number of entreprenuers today. That is why we are excited to roll out in Hyderabad, our preferred city in India,” says Taxipixi founding director and COO Ms.Kajal Dubey.
According to Taxipixi website, the company is also looking for new hires for various positions in Delhi, Hyderabad and other unrepresented places where it will target in the country.
