EDITORIAL Even as all eyes are on the cabinet meeting on Tuesday that will consider the Group of Ministers (GoM) report on Telangana, indications are that the proposals may not get approved as it is. In fact with continued pressure from the Seemandhra lobby, highly placed sources aver that the cabinet may decide to look minutely at the proposals and may not clear it in one sitting.

Who Will Control Law And Order In 'New' Joint Hyderabad?
By Syed Amin Jafri (Guest Writer)
OPINION The major hurdle that the Group of Ministers (GoM) on formation of Telangana state faced was with regard to determining the ‘status’ of Hyderabad as common capital for the State of Telangana and the residuary state for 10 years consequent to contemplated bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh. The GoM was also tasked to suggest “legal and administrative measures required to ensure that both the State governments can function efficiently” from Hyderabad as the common capital during this 10-year period.

Bird Steals Camera In Australia, Records 'Winged' Journey
By Arshad Shaheryar | Sydney
A brazen bird has snatched a video camera that was recording crocodiles in northwest Australia and took it on a 110-kilometer (70-mile) journey.
Wildlife rangers in Western Australia's remote Kimberley region released fascinating footage on Monday that reveals the sea eagle's caper. The bird's flapping wings can be seen as it grabs the device and soars across the landscape. The eagle later poses for a selfie, poking its face into the camera lens.
Rangers placed the motion-sensor camera along a river in May, hoping to capture images of crocodiles. The camera disappeared soon after.
Ranger Roneil Skeen told Australian Broadcasting Corp. that another ranger recently found the camera near a river about 110 kilometers (70 miles) from where it vanished. The footage inside revealed the real culprit.

By Ritika Chauhan | Lonavla
On day 78 in 'Bigg Boss Saath 7', Armaan who was sent to the bonus room makes a comeback to the house. It came as a surprise for everyone when Salman Khan asked Armaan Kohli to pack his bags and leave the 'Bigg Boss' house. But what the housemates were unaware of was that it was a no elimination week and Armaan simply being taken into the bonus room secretly.
While Armaan was provided with all the basic necessities he would require to survive there, he could also get a view into the house and watch the contestants’ reactions. While everyone seemed to have accepted Armaan’s exit from the house, the only person who found it difficult to believe the same was Tanisha.

Many Students Become Salman's Fan After 'Being Virgin'
By Paagal Patrkaar | Delhi
SATIRE Hordes of engineering, management, pharmacy, biotechnology and medicine students became emotional and started crying after watching Salman Khan confess on Koffee with Karan that he was still a virgin.
“Now I know why he rammed his land cruiser over a pavement dweller, or why he behaves in such a retarded manner. Being a virgin myself I can understand the frustration in him which makes him do things that he has done,” said Gopal (name not changed as he’s no more ashamed of being virgin) of Indraprasth Institute of Technology.
“If a good looking guy like Salman can remain a virgin for 48 years then there is no shame in being a virgin. In fact, I am proud to be a virgin now,” added Gopal, who is now in the final year of his electrical engineering course and still waiting for that girl on Facebook to accept his friend request.
