There is a perception within India that our economy is in shambles. High inflation, a low GDP, a weak currency, and a rising current account deficit (CAD) are some of the usual reasons that come up when one claims that Indian economy is not in a good state. However, can prove it to you that because of the above reasons India is primed more than ever before to boom in the next 12 months?
Before we get to why India is primed for a boom in the near future, let us first look at its past performance.

Why Nitish Kumar Quiet On 'Fodder Scam' Allegations?
By Sunder Yadav / Patna
There is a mad scramble in the anti-Lalu Prasad camp, with politicians digging in to claim credit for RJD chief's conviction; but Nitish Kumar, Lalu's worst political enemy who demolished him electorally in Bihar, has cryptically maintained a studied silence.
"I cannot comment on a judicial verdict," was all that Bihar Chief Minister said when media reached for his reaction on Lalu's incarceration. He did not even welcome it. Similarly, senior JD-U leader Shivanand Tewari-a Lalu's lieutenant turned Nitish's camp-follower -- too has followed the middle path, claiming Lalu's will not be politically finished after the verdict.

TDP Naidu Itching To Rekindle Old Flame Of 'Dual Politics'
By Ramesh Reddy / Hyderabad
For Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief N Chandrababu Naidu, who has been pushed to a corner in a pincer attack from Jagan Mohan Reddy’s YSRC an d K Chandrasekhar Rao’s Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS), BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi appears to be some sort of a saviour.
Having convinced himself that Muslims will not be with TDP, whether it aligns with BJP or not, Naidu is cosying up to the saffron party. With battle lines clearly drawn in the State - Congress-TRS combo in Telangana and YSRC in Andhra-Rayalaseema - Naidu seems to be of the view that it may be a good idea to join hands with Modi.

Identity Crisis For Delhi's AP Bhavan, Hyderabad House
By Kajol Singh / INN Live
The pungency of the battle over Seemandhra and Telangana has led to a duel over the ownership of two of Delhi’s landmarks -- Hyderabad House, where the Indian Government throws lavish dinners for visiting foreign dignitaries, and its humbler cousin of cuisine Andhra Pradesh Bhavan, which hosts the cafeteria that first introduced delicious Andhra food to Delhiites.
Did Shah Rukh Khan Plagiarise British Author's Speech?
In his interviews and shows, Shah Rukh Khan comes across as someone who quickly connects with the audience through his words. Recently, the actor was invited to speak at an AIMA (All India management Association) gathering where he talked about the fundamental things that shape the life of a common human being. He talked about failures, success, education and poverty and how these things play a crucial role in our lives. However, this time the actor seems to be taking the support of someone else's words to express his feelings.
Shah Rukh's speech at AIMA event won him many new fans but now a blog called 'MeLaNGe', run by Agratha Dinakaran, has come up with the allegation that Shah Rukh's speech is hugely inspired from British author JK Rowling's speech that she made at Harvard in 2008. It was titled 'The Fringe Benefits of Failure and the Importance of Imagination.'

Jagan's Straight Point: Can Modi Make BJP Truly Secular?
By M H Ahssan / INN Live
India has expectations of its prime minister. He cannot be communal. He cannot be a narrow-minded person. He cannot be a hate-monger. He has to be liberal enough to accept the diversity that India is. He has to accept other communities as part of India, not hate them.
If Narendra Modi manages to meet these expectations there would be no problem accepting him at all. He would be the tallest leader in the country without much effort. Indian wants a leader who represents India, not a distorted version of India.
