As a nutritionist don't you think it is important to meet the person you are putting on a diet plan? How does an online diet programme work?
The online diet program helps you achieve your health target or goal even with a tight schedule. You only need to sign up online, complete health assessment, interact with the team & get your personalized diet plan and get started with your healthy eating.
One can avail diet counseling from preferred location through telephone, chat, email or skype. A complete health profile of the individual is needed and on the basis of it, diet programme is recommended.
Do you have clients who sign up with you for weight gain?
YES! Quite a number! We help them achieve this with our special weight gain diet plan. Gaining weight is as difficult as losing weight. By following a strict diet regimen one can expect 2-4 kgs gain per month but the real results depend upon the body type, metabolic rate, physical activity and commitment.
People have become more health conscious today than they were 10 years ago. What do you think is the reason behind this?
It is mainly because of the sedentary lifestyle that people are leading. Also the eating habits have changed. Convenience, packed and processed foods dominate the market. Because of sedentary lifestyle and poor nutrition, the average age of people affected by stress, fatigue, hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, and obesity is dropping each year. So naturally, more and more people are becoming health conscious. The desire to look fit like the film stars is also one reason why people are opting for more and more weight loss programmes.

Is there a tailor made diet plan that works universally or do you need to alter it according to body types?
