Life Management: Be Cool And Act Swiftly During A 'Crisis'

Gerenally we get out of control, loose patience and take wrong decisions on crisis time in our life. This makes a great loss in our life and feel guilty with our immature decisions. INNLIVE finds out the ways to handle in deep crisis situations in our life.

MANAGING WORK-LIFE BALANCE
The concept of work-life balance is oft-used but highly misunderstood. If you truly love your job and are passionate about it, you will be able to strike a balance.
Doing what you love reflects well on the other spheres of your life as well.I approach my work with definitive goals in mind and manage my time well. For me Barack Obama is an icon who symbolises work-life balance. He has taken his family, in particular his wife, along with him on his journey. He has probably taken more holidays than most recent US presidents but no one grudges him for that. That's a true representation of being able to mitigate the work-life balance paradox.

BEING A FIT MAN
I try to lead a physically active life, it helps me keep a positive outlook towards work and life in general. Time does not permit me to play golf more than once a week but I do manage some aerobic exercise on some days.

ENERGY HIGH AND HAPPINESS
Living every day to the best of my ability, having clarity of thought, confidence in my decisions and remaining on the top of my game allows me the luxury of feeling content at the end of the day.

RISK-TAKER OR MICRO-PLANNER
The two things mostly go together unless one is a gambler. When you take risks that come with opportunity, then one has to plan well. Micro planning is a part of that process.

HANDLING FAILURESUCCESS
I believe in giving my best shot at everything, irrespective of the results. I treat failure as a stepping stone to achieving greater success. I never let success go to my head or take failure to heart. If you don't try, you will never succeed.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT
Be cool in a crisis and act swiftly.

WAYS TO DE-STRESS
I love running, painting, singing and even talking to strangers. I play golf as a sport. I used to love fishing and hunting when I was a kid. I love sport bikes and cars and if time permits, I spend most of my weekend tinkering with my bikes and cars.
