L’Oréal India For Young Women In Science Scholarships

SPONSORED: This Loreal Scholarship Program was started in 2003 and has consistently helped young women to pursue scientific studies. A scholarship of Rs. 2,50,000 is granted to promising but economically disadvantaged young women and covers college fees for study in any scientific field in a recognized college or university in India.

Who can apply: These scholarships are open only to girl students who want to start their undergraduate degrees in Engineering/Science/Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Pharmacy or any other related scientific fields and also satisfy the requirements given below:

• The applicant has given her Class XII exam (Science stream) from Delhi NCR/Maharashtra/Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh.
• Minimum 85% in PCM/PCB.
• Must be minimum 17 years of age.
• Scholarship Amount: Rs. 2.5 lakhs granted in equal annual instalments over the period of the degree of study, subject to the submission of proof of the candidate passing each year.
