Bigg Boss 8 Grand Finale with Salman Khan brought with it the 'Finale Ka Twist' where the top 5 contestants of BB8 were crowned as the Champions and a new spin off series- Bigg Boss Halla Bol began! While there were 5 Challengers sent inside (from different previous seasons of the game) to give the Champions a run for their money, hardly could they create any such impact.
While the first week saw Ajaz Khan being ousted from the house after he turned physically violent with Ali Quli Mirza, the second and third week saw Sana Khan and Mahek Chahal and Rahul Mahajan bidding adieu to the Bigg Boss house.
Now that 6 people are nominated, here's the pattern which will be followed, in all probability.
In the Finale already!
Pritam Singh won the briefcase task and gained immunity from the evictions this week. Hence he was the first contestant to enter the Finale Week. Along with him, Gautam Gulati and Karishma Tanna who have become safe from evictions this week, after the contestants took their names during nomination, are also the other people who have marched their way into the Grand Finale week.
Top 6 in the Finale Week
7 people remaining inside, 3 already in the Finale Week - there's place for 3 more. While Pritam, Karishma and Gautam have already begun their victory march to the finale week, the four others who are nominated this week- Ali Quli Mirza, Dimpy Mahajan, Rahul Mahajan and Sambhavna Seth will battle it out to make their way into the top 6 who will zoom into the finale week straight away. Host Farah Khan will announce the final list of the contestants who will be vying for the coveted trophy in today's night's episode. One of the nominated contestant Rahul Mahajan will be eliminated this week.
Surprise evictions next week
Remember Bigg Boss Season 6? Delnaaz and Rajeev were eliminated just a step ahead of the Grand Finale. Same happened with VJ Andy last year! The Bigg Boss team has a similar plan in mind. While all the contestants who go ahead into the finale week would be up for evictions, voting lines will be open only for a day or two and there would be another surprise mid-week evictions next week. Out of the top 6, one will be axed from the game right away, just about a few days before the Grand Finale next Saturday.
5 Finalists for the crown!
Ultimately, after the mid week eviction, voting lines will again be open among the five who survive the elimination and reach the last leg of the show- the Grand Finale on January 31, 2015! All in all, five contestants will be vying for the trophy but the road would not be as smooth as it seems. Expect some crazy twists and turns right before the Finale week ends!
