The day started rather pleasantly for the housemates with much peace and harmony but by evening the house had turned into one hit by a storm, an emotional one.
Puneet aka Duryodhan of Mahabharat was ousted from the house after he was accused of using physical force on co-contestant Aarya Babbar during a luxury budget task.
Puneet while performing the task got upset and charged towards Aarya. He pinned him on the ground using his physical strength, which ensued chaos. The task had to be stopped mid-way as instructed by Bigg Boss. Soon after, Bigg Boss announced his decision to evict Puneet from the house for using violence. The announcement suddenly made atmosphere sullen. Co-contestant Gautam, who is closest to Puneet broke down.
Aarya Babbar complained to Bigg Boss over the use of violence against him by Puneet and sought harsh punishment. With emotions running high, the housemates tried to instigate Aarya into creating a scene, but Aarya kept his calm and waited for Bigg Boss' decision. Puneet on his part tried to explain it was not a sudden violent act but a wrestling tactic that he applied on Aarya.
The trend of sudden eviction is not new to Bigg Boss. Several contestants like KRK, Dolly Bindra, Pooja Missra, Imam Siddiqui and Kushal Tandon were shown the door in previous seasons. But what's new this time is that Puneet may be back to the house tonight.
According to the buzz, Puneet will return to the house but under tough conditions. He will first plead forgiveness from the housemates and later will be put in a cage in the house as punishment.
Well, now it will be interesting to see host Salman Khan's reaction, who on several occasions expressed his displeasure over return of evicted candidates. Remember Kushal Tandon?
