'PayTm Fraud': Making Rich At The Cost Of E-Wallet 'Trust'

By Sushil Nanda | Delhi

PAYTM, a recharge and bill payment portal is a 'fraud' making for all mobile recharges. According to several complaints received with us, many people deposited Rs.500 to Rs.1000 for their mobile recharges and bill payment usage in their portal account wallet is being debited in the name of software upgrade glitches.

INN Live requests all users not to deposit any money in the website wallet and do not recharge their mobiles using Debit / Credit cards or net-banking facilities - where the PayTm is debiting the money and not crediting in the accounts for use.
When you complain the issue, they are just saying that the system software upgrade glitches is caused the debit and the amount will be credited within 7- 10 working days.

Many people who are suffering from this PayTM 'trust' loss since a month long ordeal, complained to the Paytm authorities and getting 'no response' despite several reminders through email. As their all phone lines and toll free numbers are getting busy 24x7.

All the poeple who suffered losses requested the concern authorities to check the PayTm mode of operations and save them from their heavy losses.
