"Riddance from the legal trouble" seems to be a distant dream for Salman's muse Sana Khan who landed in the the legal net after her alleged involvement in the kidnapping bid of a minor girl came to light earlier this year.
Now in the recent development as a response to a petition filed by Sana, Bombay High Court has refused to quash the police case filed against the actress for her alleged involvement in the case.
Division bench of Bombay High Court comprising, Justice S.C. Dharmadhikari and Justice Gautam Patel has refused to take Sana's petition, regarding quashing the complaint, into consideration on the grounds that inspite of the involvement of Sana's BMW in the crime how can she refuse being associated or being oblivious about the whole incident, which involves her cousin Naved.
The legal trouble began for Sana in April this year, when one of the girl from Mumbai's Sanapada region filed a complaint against Sana's cousien Naved his three friends and Sana for attempting a kidnap.
As per the sources from Police department, Naved and the victim became friends through social media in November last year and subsequently Naved started insisting her to marry him, which she refused.
Later on April 30th Naved along with his three friends and Sana tried to forcibly drag her in the BMW which was allegedly driven by Sana Khan.
Sana who shot to fame with season six of TV reality show Bigg Boss, is out on bail and in the days ahead will be seen opposite Salman, in latter's upcoming movie 'Mental' aka 'Jai Ho'
