MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi Gets Bail, Sets Free

Hyderabad's MIM party MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi granted bail in Nirmal case today and allowed to set free on conditions. 

In a big relief to Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen leader and Chandrayangutta MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi, the Nizamabad and Adilabad courts granted him bail to in the alleged hate speech case today.

While allowing the bail petition, the court asked Akbaruddin Owaisi to furnish two surities of Rs 10,000 each.

Earlier Akbar counsel moved the bail petition in a local court in Adilabad. The Court pronounced its judgment in the alleged hate speech case and granted bail later to Nizamabad court bailed him in the case.

Still, cases are registered against him in several police stations in Hyderabad, Tirupati, Anantapur and other places and no one knows when he would be discharged of these cases.

Akbaruddin was arrested by the Nirmal police last month for allegedly making hate speech at a public meeting in Nirmal town in December last year.
